when we arrived there were 7 socias waiting for us to give them our trainings and it also was a guy that was a nephew from a socia! im glad to see how socias like our traingis and because of that they bring more a more people related tpo them so they can learn a little bit of what we are teaching.
With this training what we wantted to the socias to learn was the correct ways to introduce others and themselves, the priorities at the moment of introduce two people according to the sex, age and social or profesional status, presentation formulas and the attitude that they must have when they are presented, we also taught them tjhe coprrect way to sit!. like always we made some activities so they could learn in a better way! like all trainings we gave them the material so they could take it home and practice.
the socias were really excited and they loved pur training, they were very grateful and glad because they told us how important was to them because for example when they have meetings in the Cooperativa or in other places, most of the times they don´t know what to do or how to behave.
Denisse - In general you did a great job with this assignment. I know that it is hard for you to reflect in writing, but when you do it you do a nice job. I wish you would have related some of the concepts we studied in class to this social action. In any case, I hope you continue to serve at the Cooperative.
