SOCIAL LABOR.- WEEK 2






We went to la Cooperativa on saturday, juen 13th, this was going to be our first capacitation to the socias a De todas.Our first capacitation was about custumer service. for this capacitation we planned some activities and some materian so we coult teach them in a better way. me made slides related to the topic, activities in group so they could interact wiht each other and the also can aply the theory.
then it was time for a break and we took some snacks so they cpuld eat a little bit.

We started the capatitacion at 9:30am and I have tyo say that I was really nervous, we we arrived the socias were already there. there were like 15 to 20 socias.
at first my firends and a I made a little intriduction about ourselves and then it was time for the socias in order to know them better.
we made 2 activities in our capacitation. the first one was a puzzle were the socias had to order an make the puzzle with the pieces that we gave them and then they had to answer the cuestion that echa piece of that puzzle had that then to paste it in the board and at the end that puzzle had a phrase of motivation to evweryone coul use not only in their work but also in their daily life.
then we continued with our presentation and we showed to las socias our slides were we explained more about the topic and we also talked about internal and external custumer, there we explained the differece between each one.
our next activity wiht the socias was a play.... they had to create a play were they aply the concepts that we gave them they had to creat a problem that involves custumer service abnd they had to also find the solution for this problem.
meanwhile they were doing this activity i realize how the socias were paticipating on this and it made me realize how good we are doing to this women, i saw how they enjoy playing and joking arround but always for making the acitities.they showed us that they really understand what we had tought them.

At the end we showed them in our slides, some tips to improve their internal and external custumer service in their work, we hope that our tips helop them in a very good way.

  1. Denisse - Don't forget to have a little survey at the end of each training so the participants can give you all some written feedback about the training. What reactions did the participants have?

  2. heyy justin yeah youre right but i think that for example in the play we did with the socias they aplied the concepts we gave them so i think that they showed us there that they were really understandinjg what we thouhgt them.

  3. denisse !! seing your blog about the social action in the cooperativa detodas makes me remember what we do on that saturday.... was very great !! However ....I have a question : How this capacitations contribute to the socias and the society also??

  6. it contributes not onle to the society but to the socias too....this capacitations beneficts both of them because our trainings would help them to develop in a better way in their workl and also in their personal lifes. it is amazing to tranmit knowledge to other people and also seeing that what you know it is also important to another people soi feel very happy and glad that i can make this trainings true!
